POSITIONS:

1.HR Manager 

Requirements: 

1. At least 5 years experience in relevant fields, telecom industry preferred, bachelor degree or above in Management or Economics
2. Understanding of human resource management theories
3. Familiar with HR management tools and methods

Responsibilities: 

1. Set up and execute Human Resources Regulations
2. Vacancy recruitment, working performance assessment, and positions arrangement
3. Salary, social welfare and insurance settlement related to all staff 
4. Coordinate HR management among Depts.
5. Other tasks assigned

2.Senior Hardware Engineer of Baseband  

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics or relevant fields, at least 3 years R&D experience of mobile phone hardware
2. Understanding of processes of R&D, new products introduction and production
3. Familiar with at least one of following tools: Protel, Powerpcb and Orcad
4. Project management experience
5. Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for hardware design, components selection, R&D, sample trial production
2. Compile and amend engineering documents
3. Confirm and amend raw materials
4. Assist to analyze none-good parts, trace abnormal quality and put forward measures improvement
5. Provide technical support for related products

3.Product Manger

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 5 years experience, more than 3 years in mobile phone industry
2. Strong understanding of processes of R&D and QC
3. Understanding of production plan and market demand
4. Coordinate project schedule and product management
5. Ability of leading, planning, forecasting and decision making
6. Good communication skills
7. Initiative, earnest, responsible
8. Product management experience preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a project team and obtain contract objective
2. Follow and control project schedule
3. Evaluate the performance of team members
4. Deal with the customers complaints
5. Coordinate work relevant to project among Depts.
6. Streamline the processes of investment, production, marketing, technical support and after sales

4.Incoming Quality Control Engineer  

Requirements:

1. Junior college or above in Mechanical and Electronics
2. More than 3 years QC experience relevant to telecom product’s structural, plastic, electrical and acoustic materials
3. Initiative, earnest, responsible

Responsibilities:

1. Set quality objectives for supplier
2. Responsible for quality inspection such as precaution and control of supplier’s production process
3. Establish testing measures/criterions/standards for incoming raw materials
4. Test for quality and reliability of incoming raw materials
5. Responsible for quality precaution and control of supplying materials, establish and execute processes preventing quality problems

5.Process Engineer 

Requirement:

1. Junior college or above in Mechanical and Electronics, more than 3 years experience
2. Skilful operation of testing equipments and tools
3. Familiar with production process and technical support
4. Initiative, earnest, responsible

Responsibilities:

1. Establish process of production, after sales and marketing
2. Technical support for technology introduction, testing, tiral-production, upgrading performance of new products
3. Establish technical documents and compile production line operation instructions
4. Responsible for personnel-setting and timing-setting of work positions
5. Design and maintain simple clamps and devices
6. Customize, check and accept precision clamps
7. Manage and maintain production equipments (includes regular adjustment for BS)
8. Optimize production process, improve production efficiency, and reduce production defects

6.International Trade Specialist 

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years experience of international trade, bachelor degree or above in relevant majors
2. Familiar with electronic industry and international policy and laws
3. Strong international business marketability and negotiation ability
4. Devoted to his post, able to meet challenges
5. Good analysis skills and social skills
6. Candidates with customers preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement international business plan
2. Exploit international market
3. Set up business exploitation plan and develop
4. Keep operation of international business efficient, safe and stable
5. Research and trace industry tendency, collect market information, promote technology intercommunion and cooperation
